We ask for your understanding that the following agreements are made in mutual interest:

• Use of all facilities and available objects is at your own risk.

• The landlord assumes no liability for damage to people or moving property.

• In the event of complaints, we or our confidant in Portugal must be informed immediately. Complaints after your stay will not be accepted.

• The landlord reserves the right to rent the house to someone else if the down payment or final payment is not made at the agreed time and/or the tenant is in default of payment for 10 days.
